How to Make a Claim
We will deal with any claim quickly and efficiently, so that you have peace of mind that
we are doing all we can to get the property back to its pre-loss condition.
We may need you to complete a claim form by telephone, online or by downloading a claim
form to fill out manually and return to us.
We may need you to obtain quotations or estimates for any damage or items being claimed
For certain claims, we may need to arrange for an inspection of the premises to be
undertaken by an independent loss adjuster. This would be at our expense and the loss
adjuster will be there to assist you through each stage of the claims process.
Should a claim be in respect of theft or any malicious act, the incident will need to
be reported to the police within 24 hours of your discovery, who will provide you with
a crime reference number.
